Define The Position We listen to the hiring manager and key division executives
to thoroughly understand the responsibilities, objectives, and expectations
of the position as it is now structured and how it may evolve.
Learn About the Company Culture
We learn about the company's current culture and evolving culture to ensure
candidates fit and can support continued company growth and change. We
do this by visiting various business units and listening to key executives.
Research & Source Candidates
Our team of researchers and consultants develop a market analysis. We
submit a market report to you for review and approval of "targeted"
candidate sources. The first report will be by company name. Follow-up
reports will include candidate names and level of interest or as a resource.
We develop the candidate pool, compensation expectation, basic qualifications
and position comparisons. This data is a valuable tool for over clients
as they analyze and determine ever-changing personnel needs.
Perform Two-Step Pre-Qualification Focused targeted selective two step interviewing
assures a better pool of quality candidates is being presented to our
client. It saves you time and money because our two-step process
improves the quality pool of candidates presented to you.
Present Candidates We will present a minimum of three candidates for initial
client review and consideration as we refine the search specification
for senior positions. We will present a pool of candidates in sufficient
quantities to meet middle management needs. We can coordinate senior level
individual interviews or facilitate larger conference interviews for new
business start-ups, expansions, etc.
Hiring Process & Follow-Up We will work with you throughout the
hiring process to assure you understand the candidate's expectations,
salary, geographic locations, relocation, benefits, and advancement opportunities
prior to the offer. We also work as a catalyst to support the client's
offer and enhance the acceptance rate. We will follow-up discreetly with
the candidates and keep the client in the loop should there be any concerns.
